Good quality sleep is essential for mental and physical wellbeing. It plays an important role in our energy levels, learning and memory and mood. However, it is easy to fall into cycles of sleeplessness that are difficult to break.

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) can help to identify the thoughts and behaviours that keep us trapped in this cycle. This workshop will provide strategies that you can use to regain control and get a better night’s sleep. It will cover:

  • The importance of sleep
  • What affects sleep
  • How CBT can help with sleep difficulties
  • Strategies to improve sleep
