Workshop information

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, Student Support Services have partnered with AllKind to offer two interactive 45-minute workshops, available at different times during the week.

These sessions will help you:

  • Recognise the signs of stress and understand why early awareness matters
  • Explore practical ways to manage assessment-related stress
  • Learn simple self-care strategies and breathing techniques
  • Try helpful tools such as The Worry Tree to manage anxious thoughts

The workshops are informal, practical, and open to all students. You’re welcome to attend the session that best fits your timetable.
