Bringing unique perspectives, Solyman Hassouna, a proud Westminster alumnus with a first-class degree in law and co-owner of Maraz Healthcare, and Dr Maiedha Raza, a GP, clinical lecturer, and communication skills expert, will guide you through engaging activities designed to:
- Build rapport quickly and authentically
- Frame conversations effectively to achieve shared understanding
- Strengthen relationships with colleagues, clients, and peers using empathy
