
This 60-minute interactive workshop explores what resilience is, why it matters in the workplace, and how to recognise and manage stress effectively.
Participants will be introduced to the six elements of resilience and practical strategies, including distraction techniques and physical practices, to support wellbeing at work.
There is no degree requirement, anyone is welcome to sign up!
