He'll take us on his journey of success as an entrepreneur in Tampa, Florida -yes, he is our first international guest speaker!
Will was born in the United States of America, and his first endeavours to overcome poverty was to enlist himself in the US army as a soldier. His experience as a soldier led him into finding a job as a jet-engineer for the UAE military. Working and living in the Middle East gave him the financial stability to focus on his entrepreneurial future. He dedicated his free time to major in Economics at the University of Arizona to understand how businesses can thrive and withstand challenges.
His journey has been far from smooth. But his sheer determination and relentless efforts to turn every negative into a positive opportunity has ensured he now owns a barbershop employing full time outstanding barbers and locktitians. His biggest mindset tip is “remembering your WHY and reason for beginning in the first place".
He will share his personal stories, challenges faced as a Black Business owner but above all his mindset to help him thrive in the ever-changing business landscape.
