Graduation ceremonies

Our summer ceremonies are for all undergraduate, postgraduate and research degree students who are awarded their degrees between November 2023 and June 2024. The full details of the ceremony timings and School/Course allocations will be available three months prior to the ceremonies.

Our winter ceremonies are for all undergraduate, postgraduate and research degree students who are awarded their degrees between July 2024 and October 2024. The dates of the ceremonies will be published here soon.

The ceremonies will take place on

  • Monday 11 November 2024
  • Tuesday 12 November 2024

Eligibility to attend your graduation ceremony

In order for you to be eligible to attend your graduation ceremony:

Your award must be agreed at least three weeks prior to your ceremony in order for you to attend.

You will not receive any information for your ceremony while you have any tuition fees owing to the University. This does not include any non-tuition fee debts.

Please make sure that you clear any outstanding academic debts at least a week before your results are due to be released. Information on paying your fees can be found on our Paying your fees page.

If you do not receive your invitation email and you believe you are eligible to attend a ceremony please email [email protected] as soon as possible.
