Working in different areas of the business has increased my knowledge and understanding of accounting.
I worked in Management Accounts for the busiest ambulance service in the UK. This included supporting areas such as Fleet and Logistics and the 111 Service.
Working in different areas of the business has increased my knowledge and understanding of accounting. Some of my key tasks included preparing and uploading monthly journals, investigating and resolving finance system queries and training new staff on the Trust's financial systems. The year has proved to be extremely beneficial and altogether it has been a great learning experience.
I hope to continue my journey in the public sector after graduation. I plan to complete my ACCA and pursue my career in Management Accounts.
