Supporting you

So you’re thinking of making the move to the big city. How will you know what to pack? Will your collection of Furbies turn you into a laughing stock? Where on earth did you put your National Insurance card? If you’re nervous about leaving home, or bigger still moving country, there are plenty of resources at the University of Westminster to help you survive beyond the freshers’ fair.

Student Advice

The Student Advisers are on hand to help with money-related and as a student you’re bound to experience one or two financial difficulties at some point. You can talk to them about your student funding entitlement, welfare benefits, student visa options and more. They can also advise on UK immigration issues including Tier 4 visas.

Support for estranged students

We are committed to supporting estranged students during your time at university. We recognise that the transition to university and becoming a student is an exciting prospect, but can also be challenging. To help make the transition as easy as possible, we've developed guidance and a support package tailored for you.
