Try your hands at Medical Research; an opportunity to participate in a live research project called Genome Instability in Childhood Obesity (GICO).  

This is a chance for students to learn about body composition assessments and the growing obesity epidemic through activities such as donating saliva and urine samples.

Students aged between 11-15 years old (KS3 and KS4) are invited to take part. 

The workshop will be held on Tuesday 13 December at our Cavendish Campus, 10 am - 13.00pm (9.45 arrival).

There are a Maximum of 48 places. The deadline for applications is Friday 9 December.

For entry, each child must present a signed parental consent form at registration.
