What to expect

Try your hands at Medical Research; an opportunity to participate in a live research project called Genome Instability in Childhood Obesity (GICO) by donating urine and saliva samples.

This is a chance for students to learn about ‘genome health’ and anthropometry through engaging laboratory activities.

Students aged between 16-18 years old are invited to take part.

The workshop will be held on 5 April 2018 at our Cavendish Campus, 2pm–4pm (1.45pm arrival).

Please book your place by Monday 2 April 2018. 

There is a maximum of 15 places.

For entry, each student must present a signed parental consent form at registration.
