When and where are the training and testing sessions?

The training sessions are all-day classes that take place on Thursdays from 10am until 5pm. You will only need to attend one full day per software. The course dates can be found on the booking form.

When you have attended one of the courses, you will need to undertake mock testing in the training room to prepare you for the exam. On successfully passing the mock tests, you will then be able to take the exam of your choice and you can contact us for an appointment.

Venue: Software Training Centre at Marylebone

What happens in the test?

The online test lasts 50 minutes and is a task-based exam using a live software environment. You will need to pass the mock tests before you are allowed to take the real exam.

Here's what some successful MOS students have said about the programme

"It seems that we already know everything about Microsoft Office programmes because we use them everyday, but then you realise that there are a lot of tools that can help when doing your work. The schedule is flexible and it didn't interfere in my MA. The teachers were always there to answer all my doubts. The practice tests are very similar to the real exam, so with enough practice it's easy to pass the exam and get a great qualification for the CV."
MA TESOL student, Social Science and Humanities faculty

"It helped me to improve my knowledge about the software and the way around the things. I think I will see the results when I go to the real world, I will be hired because I've got these certificates, seeing the results will be when I'm in the real world. It will show the employer I've done the training and I've passed the test and because I've got the certificate I think it will show that I'm hard working. It shows that I'm not just using features like copy and paste, everybody knows how to use copy and paste! I know how to use Microsoft Office and with this certificate I can prove that what I'm saying is exactly true. All students must do it because it's free, and it's so useful, you should do it!"
