Managing your Anxiety

An individual workshop to help you find ways of managing anxiety in your everyday university life, including mindfulness, group discussion and peer support.

Please book yourself on to one of the following dates:

  • Friday 24th November, 2 – 3.30pm, Luxborough Suite, Marylebone - Group room
  • Friday 1st December, 2 –3.30pm, Harrow campus - Room J1.02
  • Friday 8th December, 2 – 3.30pm, Cavendish House - CH1.14
