New Macbook self-service loan system

11 April 2016

Harrow Library now has a self service Macbook loan unit which houses 24 MacBooks that can be borrowed by staff and students.

The new 24/7 self-service loan system allows you to borrow a MacBook using your University card and your date of birth at any time.

Simply select the option you require on the touch screen and then touch your University card at the card reader on the unit and follow the instructions on the touch screen.

You can borrow the MacBook for 24 hours and then return it using your University card. The system also prints a return receipt should you require it.

You can find out about the new system, how to borrow and return and watch a short video explaining the process on our Macbook self-service loan page
