New online incident and hazard reporting

Use the online Incident and hazard reporting system to report any health and safety incident that occurs on University premises or during the course of University-organised activities, such as field trips.
You should report:
- Damage or loss
- Near misses
- Staff or student requiring first aid attention on University premises
Serious incidents must be reported immediately by dialling 5555 from a campus landline phone or contact reception.
