When you return

Reports

We will ask you to submit a short overview of your time on exchange for other students to access. A short questionnaire will be sent to you before you return if you are on an international exchange.

Erasmus+ grants

You need to ensure you have completed and returned all forms by the specified deadline and completed your exchange report.

In order to receive your remaining grant, you are required to complete the Erasmus+ report, which will be emailed to you.

To complete this report you will need our institutional Erasmus code (UK LONDON062) and our Erasmus University Charter number (28835).

Transcripts

You need to make sure your academic exchange co-ordinator has received your transcripts and that your grades have been transferred.

Enrolment

Make sure you are fully enrolled at the University of Westminster and that you have selected all your modules.

Events

We would like to welcome you back to the University in style and we will send you details of your welcome back reception. Your welcome back gala will take place in the first semester of the next academic year after your return and it will be a great opportunity to meet fellow Westminster exchange students and share your experiences.

Getting involved

We hope that your experience will motivate you to engage with other Westminster students and encourage them to participate in an exchange. We will invite you to participate in open days, freshers' fairs and Westminster Abroad events. If you are interested in learning more please email us at [email protected].

We also encourage you to get involved with the Westminster Erasmus and International Exchange Student Network (ESN). For more information, email them at [email protected].
