Annual lecture 2017

Graduate School Annual Lecture – a unique insight into the research-policy interface

We were delighted to welcome Professor Jim Skea to present our Annual Lecture. The Lecture drew on Jim’s extensive experience of advising both the UK government and the United Nations on global climate change policy. The many challenges of crossing boundaries between science research, science policy, and global politics were explored in depth, leading to a lively and invigorating Question and Answer session at the end of the lecture.
