All six of these excellent presentations were different, but complementary, and testament to the nuanced and sophisticated nature of the problem. In addition, the day illustrated the need for an holistic, global and cooperative approach, and one that is both transparent and robust. In particular, as was noted in Kevin Carpenter’s presentation, it must be something capable of enforcement.
