Mitra Tabrizian's debut feature Gholam at the Regent Street Cinema

Mitra Tabrizian screened her debut feature film Gholam, a minimalist nocturnal London thriller starring Shahab Hosseini, to a full house at the Regents Street cinema on 6 April.

After the screening Professor Rosie Thomas chaired a lively Q&A session with Mitra, co-writer Cyrus Massoudi and producer Zadoc Nava.

The critical response has been very positive so far, including Observer film critic, Mark Kermode’s, four star Film of the Week.
