WBS Academics Awarded Research Contract with Imperial College London

The research will investigate the barriers to Fellowship and Lectureship applications experienced by female and Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) early career researchers at Imperial College.
The study will involve compilation and analysis of internal quantitative data to identify representation of BAME and female early career researchers in comparison to Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) sector-wide figures. It will include the collection of qualitative data to explore experiences and perceptions of relevant stakeholders.
