25 April 2018
The Complete University Guide 2019, published today, shows the University of Westminster rising 20 places since 2017 to 82 in the table. The 2019 guide sees the highest place achieved by the University in the table since 2014.
London has the largest number of universities in the Top Ten, and the capital accounts for 22 of the 131 universities ranked in the Main Table. By climbing the table, Westminster has bucked the trend, as 13 of the 22 London universities have dropped one or more places.
This year, Westminster is pleased to report that four of its subject offerings have been ranked in the top ten in the country, up from one subject area last year.
Speaking about the Complete University Guide rankings Professor Graham Megson said: “Over the last few years we have been working on a dedicated programme of improvement and development, supporting our already strong performance in research, good honours and entry standards. We are also focussing significantly on our student experience and graduate outcomes and are delighted to see this investment paying off.”
The Complete University Guide have been compiling freely available University rankings since 2007. The guide can be sorted by their individual measures including year, region and mission group. The league tables can be found in full, along with the methodology and more information at www.TheCompleteUniversityGuide.co.uk.
