In an article recently published by senior HR professionals magazine Changeboard, Katalin Illes examines the importance of organisational leaders gaining, and maintaining, the trust of their employees.

In the article, Katalin explores Stephen Covey’s model of trust that implies that a lack of trust towards management within an organisation comes at a tangible price. She maintains that trust is a necessity rather than a nice to have luxury. 

We need to feel protected and cared for so that we can focus our energies on creation rather than survival.
