Institute of Directors awards student memberships at Westminster Business School
10 February 2015
The IoD is a nationwide network that brings professionals together in an effort to share ideas, contacts and experience. During this ceremony, the Institute presented the awards and gave an overview of the benefits of being a student member.
Our Associate Dean, Dr David Hitchcock, also reinforced the importance of students seeking opportunities outside the University.
David Gordon, Chairman of the IoD’s Young Directors Forum, gave an insight into what the IoD can offer to its student members. Another representative shared her experience with the Institute, saying that in the past six years she has helped several student members to make the most of their involvement with the institute.
