Do entrepreneurial mindsets stifle natural innovation?

In an article recently published by senior HR professionals magazine Changeboard, Dr Kellie Vincent questions how helpful fostering an entrepreneurial atmosphere really is for employees.

The notion that entrepreneurial behaviour should be encouraged in larger organisations has become a key weapon in the search for competitive advantage. Dr Kellie Vincent brings together different pieces of research to examine how the drive to be more entrepreneurial as a leader may be stifling rather than stimulating the natural innovators in an organisation.

Companies should avoid simply assuming that implementing 'positive' practices will automatically work for all.
