Cycle for Scholarships Appeal: sponsor your fellow students and support scholarships!

19 May 2015

The University of Westminster Scholarships Office is proud to announce its involvement with the Cycling for Scholarships charity event in conjunction with International Students House (ISH).

Staff, students and alumni from the University of Westminster and ISH are cycling 50 miles, from ISH to Hampton Court and back to Regents Park. The event falls during ISH’s 50-year anniversary celebration.

All proceeds will go toward funding scholarships for academically excellent international students from developing countries to study at the University of Westminster and reside at ISH.

Current students representing our University on the cycle event are Anubhav Sarkar, Khushaal Talreja, and Amir El Harbe. Members of staff on the cycle event include Maret Kekki, IT Project Manager, and Richard Hope, Management Information Officer. Alumnus Arjun Saraswat will act as the lead cyclist. The cycling event will take place the morning of Sunday 14 June 2015.

If you are interested in supporting scholarships, or donating in the name of a particular cyclist, please visit our JustGiving ‘Cycling for Scholarships’ page.
