Addressing the under-representation of female executives in the finance sector

As part of the government-commissioned report by Virgin Money chief executive Jayne-Anne Ghadia, Westminster Business School’s Ruth Sacks joins the debate to address the under-representation of women in the finance sector.

Dr Ruth Sacks, Business Development Director and Principal Lecturer at Westminster Business School was quoted in the C Suite, Start Your Business Magazine and The Journal (Newcastle upon Tyne), regarding her take on how the gender gap on senior boards within the finance sector can be addressed.
