31 July 2014
The article, entitled Effect of Meditation on Self-perception of Leadership Skills: A Control Study Group Study of CEOs, was selected as one of the best papers submitted for the Academy of Management Annual Conference 2014.
More than 10,000 students, academics, scholars, and professionals in scholarly management are invited to this annual meeting, which will be held between 1-5 August in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.
This study has also been recognised by the Academy of Management last year, when the paper was the finalist for the Carolyn Dexter Award for the best international paper. Papers are considered for this prestigious award if they offer new insights, are rich in observation and employ creative methodologies. They typically reflect collaboration between scholars from different countries, and cover business and management research topics that are important worldwide.
