This course is aimed at both project managers and Agile team members who wish to become Agile project managers.
During this course you'll:
- find out more about the foundations for successful Agile projects
- understand how an Agile project is managed
- learn about the different management styles needed for successful Agile projects (compared to traditional projects)
- get prepared for the AgilePM® Foundation and Practitioner exam
The first AgilePM® Foundation and Practitioner course will start on 19 February.
