Student Switch Off volunteer training

You will work with the Sustainability Team to engage students through energy-saving events and projects throughout the year.
Think you might be interested? Come along to our training session where we will provide refreshments and a free t-shirt for everyone who attends.

This informal and interactive workshop will look at the Student Switch Off energy saving and recycling competition, currently running in your hall and how you can get more involved.
Our tips and tricks on effective communication are transferable to your academic and extra-curricular activities and will look great on your CV! As a bonus if you stay involved in Student Switch Off over the year you will receive an employment reference from the National Union of Students’ and be entered into a draw to win Eurostar tickets to Paris!
The workshop will last no longer than an hour and is completely free to attend.
