New overseas travel awards of £1,000 launched for undergraduate students

The Scholarships Office is pleased to announce the exciting launch of our new Distant Horizons Awards aimed at promoting the benefits of work and study abroad.
Awards of up to £1,000 are available for UK undergraduate students wishing to take part in academic- or career-related events or activities overseas.
If you are a current undergraduate student planning on spending a year studying overseas, attending an international conference or summer school, or maybe even conducting your own fieldwork research for your final year project, then you could benefit from a Distant Horizons Award to help fund your trip.
