Give it a go with GoodGym

31 October 2014

GoodGym is a growing movement of runners operating across 8 London boroughs. It combines getting fit with doing good. As a student at the University of Westminster you're invited to come down and get stuck in.

GoodGym runs are led by some of the best personal trainers and running coaches in the UK. You'll get a good workout, see some new places and volunteer in your local community. GoodGym runs are free to participate in, all you need to do is turn up ready to run.

Who is it for?

GoodGym is for anyone who wants to run, get fit, meet new people and explore London. Don’t worry if you have never run before, this is a great place to start!

When and where?

Give it a Go for FREE at 2pm on Wednesday 19th November, Regent Street Campus. Meet at B.31 to safely store your stuff before running to the nearby area of Lisson Grove, the fifth most deprived ward in the UK. The session will take 90 minutes.

Group runs happen in Westminster every Wednesday at 6.15pm. Visit the GoodGym website for more information.

How do I sign up?
