Have a look at our list of recommended books.
You can find the books through Library Search or at our Marylebone Library – just borrow them in the usual way. They are also readily available to buy online or in bookshops.

If you'd like to get advice on problems you're facing, get in touch with our Counselling Service to organise a confidential counselling session with a professional trained counsellor.
