27 June: TEDx Houses of Parliament and University of Westminster
21 May 2014
This year, we've partnered with TEDxHousesofParliament to deliver one of the most exciting events on "Democracy and Representation".
Please note that tickets to watch the live conference at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre are now sold out.
However, we're also preparing a fun day for you filled with live streamed TEDx talks, master classes on leadership, mindfulness sessions and workshops on topics such as entrepreneurship, digital identity and professional confidence.
For the grand finale, we'll be screening the BAFTA winning documentary The Act of Killing.
TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) is a not-for-profit organisation that started as a four-day conference in California 25 years ago, to support world-changing ideas with multiple initiatives. TED has created a programme called TEDx, designed to help organisations and individuals to share ideas in communities around the world.
At the TEDxHousesofParliament, ideas on Representation and Democracy are discussed in TEDTalks videos and live presentations.
