The Accounting and Management Student Society run by two of our outstanding students Na’Omi Canart and Evelyn Anyiri, have won the highly coveted award of Student Union Society Event of the Year 2013 (highlights to come on

The society was recognised for the most exceptional student organised event beating the entries from over 100 other societies for the top award.

“We accepted this award for our society and our home campus, the Westminster Business School. Thank you for supporting our vision, our team, our business school and our 500+ student members. Thank you for inspiring us to always do more than our previous best and to be more than we imagined. Your advice and positive energy have made all of this worthwhile. As our award is a legacy award, it will have to be returned soon to the trophy cabinet, we have attached our shiny new award, the  first of many, as a memento (it will be doing a lap of honour on our home campus in the Student Union office from Monday beforehand). This award is as much yours as it is ours. We hope our efforts this year have made you as proud of us as we are of you." Evelyn Anyiri said on receiving the award.
