OPEN2013 – a snapshot of our architecture exhibition

Architecture and Interiors 18 July 2013

This year’s end of year show, opened by Westminster alumnus, Vicky Richardson (Director of Architecture, Fashion and Design at the British Council), rivalled the best work internationally, for its vibrancy, diversity and depth of content.

The opening night saw over 2,000 people attend to get the first view of the exhibition. Running from 13 June to 5 July, the exhibition displayed student work from Westminster’s undergraduate Architecture and Interiors courses, and the Master of Architecture (MArch) RIBA Part 2 course.

The exhibition was held at Westminster’s newly refurbished Marylebone Campus and celebrated the outstanding quality of Westminster students’ work.

The Department of Architecture was also celebrating the recent news that Westminster’s  Department of Architecture has been voted second best in the UK by the highly respected professional publication Architects’ Journal.
