Who: Rahul Shah, BIM/VDC Manager – Construction, from Brookfield Multiplex
Rahul Shah is BIM/VDC Manager - Construction at Brookfield Multiplex Europe Ltd. He has been using and implementing CAD/BIM technologies in AEC industry for more than 14 years. Besides this he is an active blogger and a social media user.
Since 2004 he has worked as a lecturer, CAD/BIM consultant, CAD/BIM Manager, Design Technology Manager, and now BIM/VDC Manager . He has ‘BIM managed’ variety of projects including healthcare, education, residential, lifestyle, and workplace etc from small scale to large scale. He has also led efforts migrating architecture studios from 2D CAD to 3D BIM delivery. On top of that he has done all the work you would expect of a Revit addict! In other words he has properly experienced BIM Implementation and Management first hand.
