The University of Westminster has leapt up 21 places in this year's People & Planet Green League.

The People & Planet Green League is an annual, independent rankings table that highlights the environmental and ethical performance of UK universities.

This year, 145 universities took part in the league and the results were published in The Guardian on 28 May. Universities were scored for their performance in thirteen key areas, including environmental policy, ethical investment, carbon management, waste recycling, and staff and student engagement.

More information on the People & Planet Green League, including the full results and details on how points are awarded, can be found on the People & Planet website.
