Professor Vlatka Hlupic takes a role in Management Innovation Exchange

Vlatka HlupicProfessor Hlupic is part of the global team of “forward thinking management experts”, working on collaborative development of Management 2.0 within Management Innovation eXchange.

Management Innovation eXchange (MIX) is an open innovation project aimed at reinventing management for the 21st century. It is part of the Management Lab, created by Gary Hamel, one of the most influential management thinkers today. Management Lab is an independent think tank that that conducts research in the field of strategic management and brings together practice and scholarship in strategic management.

MIX is currently conducting Management 2.0 Hackaton where management specialists from around the world work collaboratively on the principles of Management 2.0 and their practical implementation. Professor Hlupic was asked to lead four (out of 25) management hacks.

The benefits to WBS of Professor Hlupic’s involvement with MIX are primarily an international exposure and reputation building, together with the leading edge management knowledge she is acquiring, which will be transferred to the students as well.
