New publications on The Olympics

Steve Greenfield and Guy Osborn had the following book chapter published

‘The Olympics, the Law and the Contradictions of Olympism’ in Lenskyj and Wagg, 2012, Handbook of Olympic Studies Palgrave (with Mark James)

Steve Greenfield and Guy Osborn attended the European Conference on Sport Science in Bruges, presenting three papers:

  • Legislative Creep: unpacking lex olympica
  • Standards of care in youth sport in England and Wales: evaluating liability
  • Negligence, children and sport: Avoiding liability

Serhat Yilmaz had an article entitled “The Transfer Matching System and Minors” published in the 9th Sport Law Bulletin published by the European Professional Football Leagues (EPFL).
