PSA German Politics Specialist Group
12 October 2010
Patricia Hogwood has been elected Convenor of the German Politics Specialist Group (GPSG) of the Political Studies Association. She takes over the position from co-Convenors Dr Ruth Wittlinger and Dr Christian Schweiger (University of Durham). The GPSG works to promote the study of the government, politics, foreign relations, economy, political thought and recent political history of Germany. Through its website and events, the group provides a forum for discussion and debate for German specialists at all stages of their academic career. The group particularly encourages interdisciplinary research and the participation of early career researchers.
