Operational support – day to day

We provide a range of support for staff business, teaching and research activities. For full details, visit the My IT section of our Intranet (sign-in required).
When organising your activities, we recommend that you contact us early on during planning to discuss your requirements. This helps ensure that all the necessary equipment, services and support are in place for you.
Local IT and AV support is managed by a Site IT and AV Operations Manager. Local library services are managed by a Library Manager. Visit the Information Services contacts page on the Intranet for email addresses, extension numbers and more.
