Library service maintenance
We will be performing the following maintenance on our Library system
Begin: Saturday, 2017-Sep-30 @ 23:00
Estimated End: Sunday, 2017-Oct-01 @ 03:00
Maintenance Description: Planned maintenance
Self-Check machines could disconnect during the upgrade but they should reconnect as soon as the update process is completed.Requests and renewals could also be unavailable from the library search (Primo) during the upgrade.

Issue: Some users may experience an issue logging on to their computers

We have experienced a systems issue that has caused some passwords to be accidentally reset. Affected staff have been contacted and asked to change their password.
Some student accounts have also been affected. If you experience issues logging onto your account, please use the password self service website to reset a forgotten password, alternatively please contact the Service Desk.
