Cavendish computer rooms

All students at the University have access to:

  • Ground floor: computer rooms CG25 and CG26
  • Second floor: computer rooms C2.01 and C2.02
  • Cavendish library: Third, fourth and fifth-floor floors have study areas with PCs and MACs
  • In addition to the above, the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST), provide IT labs which are used for teaching and are open access. Details can be found further down the page.

All PC lab machines are running Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Adobe CC software, SPSS and Matlab as standard. In addition to this we have specialist software which is listed below:

The Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) located in Cavendish provides a large number of computer rooms for the provision of teaching and events and an equally large variety of software to support the teaching, research and CPD in the fields of Biosciences, Psychology, Electronics and Computing.
