There are a wide range of IT services available at the University of Westminster to help you with your studies.
Logging on to our network
We provide our students with a unique University username and password to access our systems and services. If you have forgotten, or need to change your password, please use the password self-service. It is available any time that you are connected to the internet.
Free wifi is available across the University and we have computer rooms at each of our campuses, offering both Apple Mac and Windows computers that feature a range of software. On your campus, you'll also find specialist software relevant to your course.
Printing and photocopying
You can print, photocopy or scan using a single device known as a Multi-Functional Device or MFD. These devices can be found in our libraries and in the computer rooms around the University and can be used with the computers in our computer rooms or from your own laptop or mobile device.
Email and Office 365
We provide access to a University Google account to all current students as well as providing access to Microsoft Office 365. You can use the service online as well as to download and install Microsoft Office on up to five PCs or Macs or activate the mobile applications.
You can search our library catalogue and check your library account by logging in to our Library Search.
