Serhat Yilmaz is a doctoral researcher and member of the Centre. His research project is focusing on the creation of a better regulatory framework for the sport agents, particularly in football, within the European Union. Through considering the existing regulations, involvement of the institutions of EU as stakeholders and various alleged irregularities within activities of the agents he aims to identify an alternative method of regulation.
Serhat graduated from lstanbul University in Turkey with a law degree before moving to the UK. He pursued LLM International Law at SOAS (University of London) prior to obtaining his Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the College of Law (London).
