Programme dates 2018

Running from mid-June until late July 2018, our Summer Programme offers students from all over the world the opportunity to study with us for three or six weeks. Students can study one of our degree-level modules per session while enjoying everything London as world city has to offer – which is a lot!

The application deadline for Summer 2018 is 1 May 2018.

Session one (Saturday 16 June – Saturday 7 July 2018)

Saturday 16 June 2018 University accommodation check-in (from 2pm onwards)
Monday 18 June 2018 Orientation (session one and 6-week students, 11am–12pm)
Monday 18 June 2018 Teaching begins (1–4pm for this day only)
Thursday 5 July 2018 Teaching ends
Thursday 5 July 2018 Mid-programme and session one farewell boat party (5.15–8.45pm)
Saturday 7 July 2018 Session one university accommodation check-out (by 10am)
Thursday 13 September 2018 Transcript release

Session two (Saturday 7 July – Saturday 28 July 2018)

Saturday 7 July 2018 University accommodation check-in (from 2pm onwards)
Monday 9 July 2018 Orientation (session two students ONLY, 11am–12pm)
Monday 9 July 2018 Teaching begins (1–4pm for this day only)
Thursday 26 July 2018 Teaching ends
Thursday 26 July 2018 Gala farewell reception for all students from 5pm
Saturday 28 July 2018 All students university accommodation check-out (by 10am)
Thursday 13 September 2018 Transcript release
  • Classes are taught in the morning from 10am to 2pm, Monday to Thursday.
  • Media, Arts and Design classes will also be taught for a full day on Wednesdays to allow maximum hands-on experience in the studios.
  • Afternoons and Fridays are left free to encourage self-study.
  • Additionally, non-classroom time is built into the programme to enable you to immerse yourself in the cultural and social life of London and further develop your global perspectives outside the study arena.
