Leadership and Organisational Development Adviser, CSR (Full Time)
Elizabeth advises on a portfolio of awards and projects including Athena SWAN and the Race Equality Charter. She facilitates the design and the delivery of relevant learning interventions in support of the continuous improvement agenda, with a particular emphasis on working with faculties, and building and maintaining strong relationships between internal teams and external organisations.
Elizabeth has a BBC Hons in Social Policy and has researched the past and current academic literature on partnerships and employee engagement. The subject of her dissertation was: Impact of Trade Union Partnerships of Support staff in the Educational Institutions- Case Study of the University of Westminster for her MA in HRM.
Elizabeth is Chair of Professional Services Network at University of Westminster, National Chair – Network of Networks for Black staff in Higher Education supported by Equality Challenge Unit, and also UNISON National Executive Council representative for Higher Education.
