I am a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH). My portfolio combines teaching, research and programme management. My background is in communication and negotiation. Since I joined the University of Westminster in January 2008, I have been involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and I have launched and managed a number of successful academic and professional courses. My research focusses on intercultural and professional communication. I have experience in successfully bidding for grants, conducting research and managing large international research consortia. I am PRINCE2 Practitioner certified and I have recently completed a certificate in Coaching and Mentoring with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
