Norman joined Westminster Business School in 2010. His education background is as followed:

Norman is the module leader for 4Mark001W Marketing Principles.


Dr Peng's research interest includes luxury goods /services consumption studies, political marketing, and tourism studies. His publications have appeared in the Annals of Tourism Research, European Journal of Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management, the Journal of Travel and Tourism Marketing, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, International Journal of Hospitality Management, International Journal of Tourism Research, Current Issues in Tourism, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research, and Event Management.
