Stuart Peck is a Senior Lecturer in Law teaching Business Law and Practice and Legal Drafting on the Legal Practice Course (LPC).
Stuart trained and qualified as a solicitor in a general high street firm and also gained experience of working in Local Government. He also has 12 years’ experience teaching on the LPC at another university in London.
In 2004, Stuart read for and completed an LLM (by research) on Conditional Fee Agreements at the University of Warwick and also has a PGCE.
Currently, he is reading for a PhD specialising in legal education and in particular his research focus is on working-class, mature students constructions and experiences of their fast-track law degree.
