Dr. Epaminondas (Nodas) Koronis is a graduate of Athens University of Economics and Business (ASOEE), he has obtained his Masters and PhD in Organisation Studies from the University of Warwick and has completed his post doctoral research at George Washington University. He has worked for many years at Deloitte and as an executive and non-executive director in the pharmaceutical industry. Nodas has previously undertaken academic positions at the Universities of Warwick, Cranfield, Lincoln, Cyprus. His research papers have been presented in academic and professional journals, conferences and the press.
Nodas is currently teaching at the Westminster MBA on Leadership and Professional Development and is leading postgraduate and undergraduate modules on Global Leadership, Business Ethics, Organisation Realities and the Sociology of Work.
Nodas Koronis has been publishing research and professional papers on Organisational Crises, Corporate Resilience and Business Continuity. His paper on Resilience, in the Journal of Applies Business Research, has received a 2015 Emerald Citations Award. He is now focusing on the theoretical and practical understanding of Crises, Incidents and Business Episodes, with an emphasis on Corporate Dysfunctions and the collapses of identities and sense-making. Nodas is editing a Volume on Crisis Management and a business book on the "Corporate Sicknesses", a critical review of organisational pathologies.
